gridlock
HERNE HILL PERMANENTLY WITHIN A WHISKER OF MAJOR CONGESTION AND GRIDLOCK.
As a result of temporary lights at the junction of Norwood Road and Croxted
the change of phasing has caused grid lock for much of the time and particularly for the period 3- 7pm. Even on Saturday there was major impact during the afternoon. and why.
The left filter into Croxted Road has been withdrawn and the red phase
for southbound traffic extended to 2 minutes yes a very small difference has had his major effect.
