SPACE CRAFT LANDS ON LIDO

ALIEN  CRAFT LANDS ON ROOF OF NEW LIDO EXTENSION.
IN BROCKWELL PARK

Have you seen it yet ?. It seems to be permanent. It looks  like a large wooden hut about the length of 10 normal sized portacabins  and its painted  white.
It rather negates  the effect of the  replica facade even down to the sourcing of bricks to match those used in 1937  and indeed makes a laughing stock of the
Conservation  Planning officer's insistence on recessed pointing.
Its nice to see our  Park's Heritage values so cherished .

Comments:
Yes I absolutely agree with you. I've been watching them putting this up over the past months and can't believe that after all the care and expense lavished on it, they should have bunged a shoddy box on the roof that disturbs sight-lines to/from the Lido and is just a cheap and nasty box.
