Tax Band
IS YOUR HOUSE IN THE RIGHT TAX BAND.
My house was rated as two units just because i had two door bells.
On appeal the house was rated at a higher value than the two previously determined
bands D& E - (I was put in G and then reduced to F on further appeal. I did it myslef no professionals.
if you are living in a single fronted Victorian property in that part of Herne Hill known as North Dulwich Triangle and are in Bang then you are probably paying too much.
