FORUM MEETING

Public Meeting

The next meeting of the Herne Hill Forum is on Thursday Feb 1st.

Clean up Herne Hill

Operation Freshview came to Herne Hill last November. The results and next steps will be discussed to ensure that it is not a one off event and is ongoing. It will tackle a wide range of items such as graffiti, pavement and traffic problems, illegal parking, trader's non-compliance and community safety.

Norwood Road – Regeneration

Councillor Nick Vineall from SOUTHWARK will update the progress on this project to date. In addition the results and proposed actions from the recent Street Audit of the Village Ward will be discussed.

Herne Hill Controlled Parking Zone

Lambeth officers and councillors will be present to discuss the issues surrounding the proposed CPZ for the Herne Hill area. Additional options to tackle traffic speeding, environmental improvements and other ideas will be welcome.

Future of Herne Hill Forum

Update on our grant application to create a permanent Town Centre team for Herne Hill to work with residents, traders and visitors.

SOAPBOX – address the meeting on any local issue that you want.
