URBAN ART FAIR JOSEPHINE AVE 15TH JULY
ART IN THE OPEN AIR...
Urban Art has now established itself as an annual event eagerly looked forward to by many London art lovers. For the fifth year running this sleepy, tree-lined, South London street will be transformed into a bustling art fair showcasing new and exciting work from over ninety UK artists. Exhibited pieces will include paintings, mixed-media, photographs and print-making with costs ranging from under £50 to over £500. It's an art buyer's dream.
Entrance is free, viewing starts at 10.00am and the event ends at 6.00pm. (For a great family day out you could also visit the Lambeth Country Show which runs on the same day in Brockwell Park.) Refreshments will be available plus an opportunity to visit the Urban Juniors Gallery showing work from local school children.
Urban Art is a unique London event not to be missed. Not only is it the perfect setting to view new and original artworks, but it is also a fun and relaxing opportunity to meet and talk with artists directly.
So make a note in your diary and experience art in the open air – it's what Summer days were made for...
Saturday 15th July. 10am-6pm. Josephine Avenue, London SW2
