space providor has massive big adverts. Whilst people suffer from congestion on the pavements outisde MORLEYS and the has been a big increas in pickpocketing.
Are these scffalding licensed and are the advertiserspaying the appropiate licence fees. Someone is raking it in whilst residents and travellers pockets are being picked.
Its so cheap skate that they even have a Beckham and Posh lookalike models.
