HERNE HILL JUNCTION DELAYS AND TRAFFIC CONGESTION
We are in regular contact with Transport for London about the changes to the signaling frequencies which are the cause of congestion especially at the moment in the Norwood Road northbound.
The perceived problem at the moment seems the long red phase northbound at the junction of Norwood Road and Dulwich Road.
The Croxted Road phasing has been recently corrected. At least three Forum members are watching this daily.
