COMMUNITY POLICE TEAM ENGAGE WITH PUPILS AT JESSOP PRIMARY
25.5.06 Herne Hill Community Police Team have been active in Herne Hill. A Police Constable and PCSO (Kelly and Ben) had Year 6 at Jessop engaged in a mature and insightful discussion all afternoon today. Kelly will be working at the Brockwell Park Fair this weekend. Remember there's a Police tent at the Lambeth Country Show on July15-16th.
WALKING BUS 14TH JUNE 10AM
Walking Bus to be led by Mel Clarke, Headteacher of Jessop Primary, Lowden Road SE24. It is in conjunction with schools around the country to create the longest collective walking bus and it will be recorded in the Guinness Book of Records.St. Saviours are also participating in Walk to School week.
HEALTH EDUCATION IN PRIMARY SCHOOLS
St. Saviours has been having lots of sessions from HealthEducationLink which does what it says on the tin basically on issues such as Friendship, Puberty, Hygiene and is led by Joanna Watson who involves a local Practice Nurse and School Nurse, Becca Thackray.
