LAMBETH GROUNDWORK BID FOR £60K
The newly formed joint organisation Lambeth and Southwark Groundwork are bidding for funds for environmental improvements in Brighton Terrace, Brixton -this is just off the Brixton Road running up to Trinity Square.
A new facility is to be provided in a disused bakery by the Primary Care Trust
to help with the rehabilitation of people with drug dependencies.
To help with community reassurance, improvements to community safety are planned for the communal spaces in Brighton Terrace.
There will be a bidding process on GMTV of the scheme entitled "SAFE AND SOUND" week commencing 3rd. April
Viewers will be able to make their views count through phone text and online voting
