ROUTE 42 EXTENSION
A successful test took place in early June for extension of this route from Sunray Avenue to North Dulwich Station, East Dulwich Grove and Grove Vale to a terminus at Sainsburys in Dog Kennel Hill.
Negotiations re standing arrangements for the buses are now taking place. If these fail the Herne Hill option will be revisited.
Herne Hill Forum campaigned heavily for this route to be saved and extended.
37 RE-ROUTING
The proposed re-routing would see the route continue along East Dulwich Grove to Lordship Lane and rejoin the existing route along East Dulwich Road at Goose Green roundabout.
Melbourne Grove, East Dulwich Station and Grove Vale would no longer be served
