KIM HUMPHREYS RESIGNS
Kim has stepped down as leader of the Tory group on Southwark Council. Although Kim says this is to help him fight the elections next year Clr Williams Rowe who has taken over as leader of the group will have to fight for his seat along with all Southwark Councillors. Clr rowe assumes th unofficial position of deputy leader of the Council although it is possible that this unofficial pact has been effected by the Lib Dem candidate knocking Kim into third place in the general election.
