EVENT UPDATE
Supt Andy Tarrant said last night in reply to a question from SHane Collins that the police had not been consulted on the proposed Festival. He indicated that March from Kennington to Brockwell is likely to get approval . In view of the Fesitval Ban one can expect very large numnbers indeed probaly the 20,000 turned up last year there will be considerable problems with these numbers arriving at the park
