HERNE HILL RAIL BRIDGE. SAFETY RAILING
The Forum has asked the Dulwich Community Council for funding to put a safety railing unde the railbridge at Herne Hill Junction. Clr Kim Humphries, chair of the DCC has promised to see if this can be done from revenue funding pots.
