VELODROME MEETING LONDON WIDLIFE REPORT.
It has since come to light that there is a report by Alan Draper regional offcer of the LWT supporting the application. However there is now a very impressive submission from the Burbage Road Residents Association pointing out all the breaches re:Metropolitan Open Land and of the Unitary Development Plan.
Having had a quick read at this lengthy submission it is surprising that officers are prepared to stick their necks out to recommend this.. There are likely grounds for judicial review. There is substantial loss of open space to new buildings and
car parking on a very considerable scale1
