HERNE HILL SOCIETY LAUNCHES NEW BOOK
A book entitled Herne Hill Heritage Trail is being launched at the Carnegie Library 3pm Sat 24th May.
Queen Victoria will be at the launch and will BE leading a tour of some of the 120 historical sites in the area. Participants are welcome to comne as you are in Victorian dress. fesivities start at the Library 10am where there is an excellent exhibItion of art on loan from the South London GAllery.
John Brunton Jeff Doorn and others from the Arts Group have put on the show.
