BROCKWELL PONDS / PERGOLA.
Saturday morning and work has beeb in prgoress all week. major clearance has been done in the old swimming pool. TheFriends Team Lambeth and Greenhouses volunteers have done further planting of shrubs etc around the pergola and this year chicken wire has been put in to give them more of a chance. Friends provided £250 to purchase the plants.
The first restored bench dpone by ROOTS AND SHOOTS has now been installed by the pond in the Walled Garden. This was partly damaged bench which was repaire using marts from another old bench. We hope to do about 14 this was materials cost £75 which goes to oots and Shoots and fixing £60.
The First bench was sponsored by Metropolitain Public Gardesn Association.
