NEW TOP COP FOR LAMBETH
Lambeth is have another change at the top . Chief Superintendent Richard Quinn, will take over in the middle February. The issue of the down grading of the post from that of commander is to be decided on this week.

Jonathan Toy comes from Peterborough to become the new Head of Community Safety a post filled by Jo Negrini when it was first created.
John moves to become the assistant director of regeneration.. The news comes as Lambeth is taken off special measures by the Government The authority was singled out last February for its poor performance tackling crime but has now been congratulated by Home Office minister John Denham.
